By purchasing and using Switch Boot, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Circuit Man holds No Liability for Pre-Existing Damage: Switch Boot is designed as a tool to assist with Nintendo Switch repairs, but we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage, defects, or liquid exposure affecting the device it is used on. Any issues unrelated to Switch Boot’s function are the sole responsibility of the device owner.

• User Responsibility: The installation and use of Switch Boot require technical skill. Any damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or attempted repairs is not our responsibility. We are not liable for any damage to the Nintendo Switch or other equipment before, during, or after using Switch Boot.

• No Guarantee of Repair Success: While Switch Boot may assist in troubleshooting or repairs, we do not guarantee that using this product will fix a non-working Nintendo Switch. Certain issues may be unrelated to the product and beyond its intended functionality.

• Assumption of Risk: By using Switch Boot, the user assumes all risks associated with repairs, modifications, or installations. We will not be held responsible for any unintended consequences, including device failure, data loss, or voided warranties.

• Switch Boot is a third party repair tool. It is not endorsed by Nintendo in any way.

Warranty Policy

Firstly, thank you for purchasing Switch Boot! We stand behind the quality of our product and are pleased to offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

 

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your Switch Boot experiences a failure due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, including but not limited to cracks, bends, burns, or liquid exposure.

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modifications.

• Damage resulting from power surges, accidents, or negligence.

• Normal wear and tear.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact us via Email at: support@circuitman.tech. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If the issue falls within warranty coverage, we will provide further instructions on returning the product for inspection.

Warranty Limitations

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of Switch Boot.
