Processing Time
• Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Unforeseen Delays
We strive to ship orders promptly, but shipping delays beyond our control may occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Carrier disruptions (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Customs processing for international orders
• High seasonal shipping volumes
Once a package is in transit, we cannot control carrier delays. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for updates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
• If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please check with your local post office or file a claim with the shipping carrier.
International Orders
• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
• Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
Address Accuracy
• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
